Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026. These terms govern your use of Priority Ping. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Priority Ping is a convenience communication tool. It is not an emergency service, medical device, alarm-monitoring service, or guaranteed delivery system. Call the appropriate emergency service when immediate professional help is needed.
Using Priority Ping
You may use Priority Ping only lawfully and with people who have agreed to connect with you. You are responsible for your account, device access, alert choices, voice clips, and activity. Do not harass others, impersonate anyone, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security and abuse protections.
Accounts and third-party sign-in
The app supports Firebase-backed Email Link, Google, and Apple sign-in. Your use of those providers is also governed by their terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure.
Delivery and device limitations
Alerts can be delayed or prevented by internet outages, Firebase or device-service interruptions, battery restrictions, notification permissions, Do Not Disturb settings, operating-system behavior, device shutdown, or other conditions outside our control. You must not rely on Priority Ping as the only way to communicate urgent or safety-critical information.
Premium purchases and ads
Any Premium purchase is processed by Google Play and is subject to Google Play's payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Features, limits, prices, and ad availability may change as the service evolves, subject to applicable law and store requirements.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse or fraud, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using Priority Ping and request account deletion at any time through the app or the account-deletion instructions.
Service availability and liability
Priority Ping is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or guaranteed alert delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Priority Ping changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to prioritypingapp@gmail.com.
